This place will have my business for life! After my amp broke I went to Phantom Electronics to buy a new one. Price wise it was a great deal, which was important. Howard helped me pick out the perfect amp for my budget and for my subwoofer and didn't try to upsell me at all. In fact after I left and tried (and failed) to install the amp on my own I drove back over for some assistance. After spending about 30 minutes working on it Howard found the issue and fixed it. I offered to pay him for his help but he refused to accept any payment. I would give this place 10 stars if it would let me. My system sounds better than it did before and I could not have been happier with the customer service. If you're looking for a good stereo and a trustworthy shop, this is the place.
